This year’s trip is to Williamsburg, Virginia where we’ve rented condos at the Greensprings Resort. 

There are five days of golf planned with 18-hole morning rounds and 9-hole replays when available.  Here’s a link to the course map and descriptions:  Williamsburg Golf

The games are a little different for this outing.  There are four, 2-man teams competing in each game with daily and weekly cash awards for winning 2-somes.  Team composition will change for each match. 

The ‘Grand Wazoo’ (Individual Champ) is the player with the most championship points for the week.  A ‘Blind Pair’ award is given to the best 2-man team – those with the most combined for the week.  There’s a catch though as players won’t know their teammate until the awards banquet when a blind drawing is held to establish pairings.
